Mistral AI Launches Le Chat Enterprise: European AI Assistant Challenger to ChatGPT

Mistral AI has launched Le Chat Enterprise, a business-focused AI assistant directly competing with ChatGPT Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot. Le Chat Enterprise features the Mistral Large 2 model with 128K context, dedicated European data centers with EU data residency guarantees, GDPR compliance built-in, and enterprise SSO/SAML. The platform includes web search, code generation, document analysis, and an API. Key differentiator: no data used for model training and GDPR-compliant by design. Several major European enterprises including BNP Paribas and Airbus have signed as launch customers.
